Chapter 7 - Keep Your Emotions In Check
This is a piece of wisdom that we share in several of these tutorials. Don’t get too caught up in the emotions of bidding. The auction atmosphere is an exciting one. The auctioneer is driving excitement with his voice, and typically these items are auctioned in under a minute.
It’s a good idea to fix a maximum bid in your mind before the auction starts and do your best to stick with it. Don’t worry about missing a deal, there will be another one in the future.
