Chapter 3 - Cothing Is Important
Make sure to wear comfortable clothing that is appropriate for an outdoor climate, since these auctions are held outdoors. This means cool clothing in a hot environment like southern California or warm clothing for some of the northern states. Also, these clothes should be the type that you are not worried about getting dirty because the cars in auctions are generally filthy. They haven’t been washed in a while and the interior can be just as bad. Make sure to wear closed-toe shoes. Some of the vehicles are wrecked and will have sharp metal parts protruding out of the body; some have broken glass from the windows lying around, both inside and outside of the vehicle.
